Sales & Business Development Manager

Full-Time: Kitchener, ON

 

Job Brief:

To accelerate our growth, BridesMade is looking for a Sales Manager that will go above and beyond to turn our leads into customers. The perfect candidate is passionate and goal oriented, has some experience coaching others, and is a lifelong learner. This role requires someone who thrives in a changing environment, and can transition between stepping back and shaping big picture strategy while also rolling up their sleeves and getting sh!t done.

This is a full-time opportunity based out of our Kitchener, Ontario headquarters.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and coaching of a growing inside sales team.

  • Management of the various stages of the sales funnel, working to consistently improve the customer’s journey and company conversion rates.

  • Management and organization of our CRM.

  • Analysis of sales results and consumer behaviour to drive improved future performance.

  • Management of the channel partner program (boutiques who sell on our behalf through their bricks & mortar locations) and all associated training.

  • Collaboration with Marketing to ensure that the sales funnel has enough quality candidates to meet forecasts and targets.

Some of the skills an ideal candidate would possess are:

  • A University or College Degree or Diploma.

  • 3-5 years work experience in a related field: Sales, inside sales, analytics, business development, partner management, etc.

  • A self starter who can set a goal and work backwards to achieve results.

  • Proven coachability & ability to coach and lead a team.

  • Ability to analyze sales results & customer data to derive insights that will improve future performance.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize workflow.

  • Can use written communication to influence emotional decisions.

  • Bilingualism (French & English) would be an asset.
